Adventure Paths India (GSTIN: 07HMMPK9208K1ZE) is a private travel agency providing Kaziranga safari booking facilitation services.

Cancellation by Customer

• Cancellation 30+ days before travel date: 90% refund
• Cancellation 15–29 days before travel date: 50% refund
• Cancellation 7–14 days before travel date: 25% refund
• Cancellation less than 7 days before travel date: No refund

Government Safari Permits

Safari permits for Kaziranga National Park are issued by the Assam Forest Department and are subject to their rules. Permit fees, once issued by the Forest Department, are non-refundable regardless of cancellation by the customer.

Force Majeure

In case of park closures due to weather, government order, or other circumstances beyond our control, we will work with you to reschedule your safari or process an applicable refund as per Forest Department guidelines.
